Right Line Editing & Design Products and Services, including original writings and images, are made available for your personal, non-commercial use only unless such Products or Services have been covered by previously arranged, signed, and dated Work for Hire or other Agreement between you, the user, and Christine Hunt dba Right Line Editing & Design.

In no event will Christine Hunt dba Right Line Editing & Design or RightLineEditing.com be liable for any amount in excess of $50.
Under no circumstances shall Christine Hunt dba Right Line Editing & Design be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts, or non-performance of third parties.
In the event a product available on or through Right Line Editing & Design or RightLineEditing.com is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Right Line Editing will have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. Christine Hunt dba Right Line Editing & Design reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Christine Hunt dba Right Line Editing & Design will charge and withhold all applicable sales tax on all orders. Otherwise, you are responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes on orders shipped to you.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or your actual state or country of residence. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of this Terms of Service to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms of Service will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service plus the RightLineEditing.com Privacy Statement, hereby included in these Terms of Service, constitute the entire agreement between the user and Christine Hunt dba Right Line Editing & Design as regards the subject matter hereof. These Terms of Service supersede and replace all prior understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding these Products, Services, or Information. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms of Service is effective only if in writing and signed by Christine Hunt dba Right Line Editing & Design.
